an unexpected oasis of calm
The hotel serves as a serene retreat amidst the hustle of Chiang Mai. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and our balcony view was stunning at night with the city lights. The pool area, though small, was enchanting with lush greenery.
Occasionally, the air conditioning in our room felt insufficient, making nights a tad warm. the breakfast, while decent, could benefit from a wider variety of options.

The breakfast buffet was a feast, bursting with fresh local fruit and delectable Thai cuisine. Our deluxe room felt like a slice of paradise, offering both comfort and style. Plus, the staff were exceptional, always going the extra mile!
I’ve got no complaints, but if I travel with a buddy, the hotel lacks adjoining rooms—so we'll have to find another spot next time.

Positive, The location is perfect, right by the Sunday market. The Deluxe Suite was super comfy with a lovely bathtub. The floating breakfast was adorable and peaceful by the pool. Staff were always kind and attentive.

Chur, the location is mint! Right beside the Sunday market, and the staff were super friendly, but the breakfast could be a bit better – just felt a tad average.

stylish decor, tropical garden pool area, excellent lighting from balcony views
The dining manager could benefit from a smile!!! A roof over the poolside bar seating area would definitely enhance the experience during the rain!!! Limited poolside snacks were disappointing!!!

The pool area was heaven! Loved our spacious deluxe room and the daily breakfast was to die for! Only drawback, soothing music that started a bit early. 🌴

stylish decor but dining options need improvement
The decor throughout the hotel beautifully combines dark wood and white walls, creating an elegant atmosphere. The massive, comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep after long days exploring. The city view from the balcony was a highlight, especially during the evenings when the lights came alive.
The breakfast options felt a bit limited compared to what one might expect from a hotel of this caliber.
